An unavoidable collision, you have to protect yourself somehow in those situations, a proper premeditated shoulder would be unmistakable and in that particular circumstance result in a penalty try, that looked more like self preservation than intent.
The fact that a penalty try wasn't awarded suggests dubious shinnanagins, but.....whatever.....mebbe he'll get off with a penalty sufficient or something.
