As TRB has said, Newmarket is still very much on the agenda and remains central to the Trusts and clubs plans. Work on this and Belle Vue goes on, and while it continues to be incredibly frustrating, difficult and mind-blowing complicated in places, we are again meeting very regularly at the moment in hope of finally resolving and moving the situation substantially forward.

I know you have heard this over and over, and over again, but once we have something worthy to tell you, then we will let everyone know. Nothing we are doing is secret, but most of the detail has to remain confidential if we are to reach a deal.
