I know we have room left on the cap but surely not £450k. That would mean we have a cheaper squad that last season. I think Leigh now have a max salary cap that is approx £450k less than the SL cap, maybe that is what Derek was referring to. We must have some room left as we had a deal in place with Jason Chan recently which fell through and we have stated that we might be looking for a new full back as our 1st choice got injured last weekend and will be out for at least 6 months.

Seen a lot of Ryan Brierley back to his days at cas, a support player then none better ,can't create anything though, and lacks a lot of heart would certainly struggle with us , we need a half back who leads from the front and willing to take a few bangs,believe me Brierley not the one
