Thought in the second half Hull resorted to thuggish tactics. And that almost spear tackle was another example of the recklessness hull players have shown in recent weeks. Could it be down to the mindset of a former average thug turned coach?

Hull's tactics in the 2nd half, especially when they went behind, were out of the Shaun Wane handbook.
We were luck to have a linesman that was prepared to intervene, which you don't often see !

The ref was shocking but, if we repeat last night's result on Sunday, Radford is going to come under massive pressure.

Insult was to penalise Washbrook for the knock on after been slammed to the floor practically head first. Cobb was poor last night.

Indeed, very poor from the ref. You could literally hear Washbrooks head bang onto the floor and
he had a great view of it yet gave a knock on. One of a fair few poor decisions from Cobb last night IMO.

Should have been a penalty to Wakefield anyway because they lifted then tipped him beyond the horizontal line.

Radford doesn't agree:

Would like to see a replay but the worst decision for me was from our kick off at 0-6 down. The Hull player knocked on and a Hull player in an offside position picked up. At least a scrum to us but he let play on and Hull went full length and scored again!

Correct

It had to be scrum down our feed or penalty to Wakefield ??
Also we kicked on the last, a Hull player stuck his leg out and the ball went dead and it was given as a 20 metre tap instead of a drop out.
Even the Hull fans near us couldn't believe what was given.

I don't like the Wakey fans chanting "cheat, cheat" as it make us sound desperate but, at times, you do wonder what's going on in the refs mind

2 kicks on the last tackle in the same set,both off Hull feet back into a Trin players hands both plYed at but turn over given the mind boggles.
