I personally think he got that exactly right. They were just arrowed straight at the Hull players.

Some pretty weird decisions all night though. He let them off the knock on from the kick off then when Tansey clearly lost the ball backwards he immediately gave a knock on.

Neither were played at. Both just kicked at Hull players. The ref was terrible but it seems at times our fans enjoy blaming them for mistakes more than most.

Even the Hull fans near us couldn't believe what was given.

I don't like the Wakey fans chanting "cheat, cheat" as it make us sound desperate but, at times, you do wonder what's going on in the refs mind

Whilst I agree that Cobb got a lot of the decisions wrong, he was right with this one... we kicked the ball through, a Hull player got a hand to it, knocking it backwards over the line, then I believe it was Owen who was following up who accidentally kicked the ball dead.

Accidently is the key word. The ball played Owen.

Could've sworn that after the first kick the ref gave signalled a new set for us, then after the 2nd kick he waved last tackle.

Was stood at clubhouse end of ground and counted more than 10 times that 6 or 7 FC players were stood offside smack in front of Cobb and he did Jack. A few times he looked at players and knew they were offside and still did nothing. It looked pretty dodgy to me.

Cobb is not the only one guilty of this, virtually every ref I've seen this year have ignored people stood smack bang in front of them. Really annoys me too.

The worst part of the Washbrook incident was the Hull player standing over him clapping while he was spark out on the floor - that shows a distinct lack of class; he is a former Wigan player mind, so that might explain a lot...
