Howarth absolutely pointless if we are in championship we could sign him.next year. No other team would want a below average hooker. Tansey is far better than Owen. We don't need that position we need a prop and a centre ffs!!!

When Barrie Mac started out, he was 14 stone and only 5'10".
He didn't do too bad for a 'midget' NGB4C!

You are arrogant as you never ever listen to a argument you have to insult. Im sure there were plenty of interested centres from over seas who Brian knows. Fair enough Tansey for next year but we need quality not the amount for the rest of the year. Lets see how the Sts guy gets on but his stats are not impressive

It wouldn't surprise me if Tansey was being paid the same as Locke. After his resignation at Salford, Kevin was prepared to play for free just to impress enough to get a gig in the NRL next season. It was a very shrewd piece of business by Michael Carter, as he has got a player who 2 years ago was one of the best full-backs in the world for pittance.

Win-win situation for Wakefield, as Kevin will be dying to impress clubs considering offering him a deal for 2016. I just hope he stays fit enough to make a fist of it, I was told weeks ago that he was over the injuries and was near enough 100% and raring to go hence my amazement we then accept his resignation.
