That can only be a good thing! Hopefully he will be coming to take up a role, but if not then maybe he can pass on a bit of knowledge to Clawson.

Sunday's game said everything about the state of our fitness. Salford's first substitution was 38 year old Adrian Morley leaving the field after about 25 - 30 minutes. In that time we'd already made 3 substitutions.

Doubt he'll be leaving his job at the Roosters to come here but more a flying visit to review us and advise the players on various aspects and also the staff and club on the way it is set up and how to maximise benefits. To achieve this though will take some serious investment in staff and equipment and a fait amount of time i would imagine.

I believe Keegan Smith no longer works for the Roosters. Having had a look it seems he goes around running workshops and doing presentations offering advice on strength and fitness these days i think and is currently 'on tour' in europe so it would make sense that he may spend some time here. Seems a lot of what he is into is gym weights based with emphasis on core strength and legs as well as improving peoples diet.

Keegan Smith left the roosters a year or two ago, possibly due to the fall out of the high readings of HGH in 6 rooster players that year.

He is very knowledgable and I regulary view his tutorials. He is big on calisthenics - so body weight and core exercises, he combines this with heavy weights. He is a fine athelete himself and definitely improved SBW as an athlete.
