If you were an Aussie player or a yongster wanting a SL club one with Minoghan in the set up would look very inviting. He's not a JK but he's definitely got potential.
I agree he has the potential to be a very good appointment, I just don't think Catalans performances over the last two years weren't really much to shout about. Anyhow, as the great Yoda professed, failure is the greatest teacher, and the difficulties that club have had and the egos on board will have been a good learning curve for Monaghan.
