Good player in his day but way passed it now. Sad when a good players career comes to an end but we were stupid for taking him on when he was way passed his sell by date what a waste of money ! I agree with slugger and the players who went apart from Tronc the whole thing stinks with him. Scully just a idiot 85 k a year down the pan.

Your credibility was zero then you included Sculthorpe and Peterson at which point it dropped even further. Johnson signed a 1 year contract and will not be missed.

Not a huge loss at all. Not the kind of player we really need at wakefield at the minute. would of been great in the national leagues possibly

Pity it didn't quite work out as the old Johnson would have been great.

Would have been upset if we'd kept him and let JD go.
I assume he is making way for younger back rowers.

There's a reason he was signed on a one year deal and unfortunately for both Paul and ourselves it didn't work out. He did a decent enough job, and i'm sure he'll get another contract somewhere else
