If they dont go up. Will it make it much harder for teams to get promoted next season?
There will be them and a cash rich Toronto in our league.

I'm not particularly bothered about it being harder next season but I do think the system that we have (I mean the RFL have) in place is wrong, for a team to go through the regular season unbeaten and not get automatic promotion is just plain wrong! At the end of the regular season the top dog, in this case Toulouse, should be the champions and should always be promoted.

Yes I must say one team to be automatically promoted and one through the play offs seems fairer. Anyway i suppose it means that in a one off game anything can happen (and did!).

RL in this country is run by a few for the benefit of the few and what else happens is irrelevant.

Back to winter for me and for every team to play every other in their Division with the top two clubs gaining promotion.

County Cups and a 'Shield' competition to play a curtain-raiser before the Challenge Cup Final, as no Club outside Sooper Dooper League has any chance of winning again thanks to SKY and the RFL under Wod and his mates.

As you say the current Boards (RFL and Cougars) are clueless but they have control. Check the public records at Companies House. They're free for everyone to access and are interesting. Keighley Cougars 2010 Limited have changed their financial year-end from May 31st to November 30th.

Are any reasons why forthcoming from our Board?

Apologies for rambling but how on earth can our new coach ever succeed with March still in situ (albeit in a different position) at Cougar Park?

Do you know for a fact. That Paul March will have any involvement with the coaching of the team?

My apologies GW, I did not mean that PM would be involved with coaching but the simple fact that he would still be working at Lawkholme on a daily basis and that could be a detrimental influence on the new coach and players who finally sign for the Cougars.
