Just a quick question - How do you prove that the junior is a season ticket holder, if their ST still hasn't arrived?
Doesn't affect me, as I bought Aoife's ticket for Salford a couple of weeks back, but genuinely interested in the answer.
I did ask that question yesterday as my lads season ticket hasn’t arrived as yet. She put his code in and printed off his there and then for me. She said just to show his season ticket at the turnstile.
Is there a serious reason that a game at one of the worst junctions on one of the worst motorways in the country is kicking off at 7.30. It is bad enough normally but the last few days I have been seeing regular M60 congestion warnings on signs on the M57. Ideally this game needs to kick off at around midnight for the convenience of the fans.

This is exactly the reason I cant go tonight. I work in Liverpool, finish any time between 5 and 6 dependent on how busy a day I have, then would have to get home to pick people up and get to the stadium within an hour and a half to make it just in time for kick off.
It was a shambles getting to the ground tonight. As I walked up and saw gridlocked traffic, hundreds of cars getting on the car park and queues 20 deep at the main ticket office (all this at just before 7.30pm), I thought to myself ‘not to worry they’ll put the kick off back’ but alas no.
Left Wigan at 16:45, awful getting through Scholes, however after that was a breeze all the way up to the M61 at Horwich, then all the way to the M61/M60 split.
Roadworks were a pain but instead of heading towards the ground I always turn left towards Eccles and park near the Police Station. Fifteen minutes walk to the ground and I was at the ticket office and purchased my tickets, food purchased and consumed all before the gates opened at 18:30.
On the way back home, brisk walk back to the car and was on the motorway within minutes. Home twenty minutes later.
Still don’t understand why so many people choose to drive towards the ground and park on that god awful car park!
We played some really nice stuff. The link up down that left side in particular was fantastic. I thought Sam Tomkins, Farrell, Williams, Gildart, Marshall and Escare all had big games and they combined really nicely. Tommy was good at hooker, Powell was good on both spots and the props ran with some vigour.

If everyone was able to leave Wigan at 4.45pm it would be a breeze but sadly not everyone can (that’s not having a dig at you but just facts with people working different shifts, family commitments etc).
Salford should be trying to make it as easy as possible for people to attend games but it seems the opposite sadly.
Just to tag on my father is waiting for an operation on his back at the minute so he had no choice but to get to the stadium car park (I fully agree with you for able bodied people though. We usually park at Eccles Rugby Club).
Thought our lads were very good especially 2nd half. Good well organised performance and some excellent tries. Most notable with not having Lockers out there.
