That's strange; I just re-started my laptop even, and although all other tabs are working fine (including this one, natch), Wigan TV is still frozen at 31:28. If I refresh it, it goes back ten seconds or so, then stops at the same point.

Reboot your router, that might sort it.

Surely you either have internet access (which I have) or you haven't?

The stream was good until the last 20 minutes for me (when it became almost unwatchable). I'm on the top Virgin broadband package and I was watching it from the PC monitor. This is fairly typical of my experience with it tbh.

Interesting game. Answers some questions but poses a few more like what has happened to our right edge defense? A few glitches on the picture but pretty good for fast majority of the game. It slowed down for a few minutes but otherwise worked well and it has already paid for itself because me and the wife are not getting cold at LSV.

It stands to reason that the right edge is where the problems are. Last season Gelling, Leuluai and Bateman were generally defending that edge whereas today it was Sarge (then Isa), Powell (then S Tomkins), J Tomkins (then Wells, then Hamlin). The left edge was Faz, Williams and Gildart which it generally has been for years.

Bateman returning should help as he's strong defensively and experienced. I'm not convinced about Joel's lateral movement at second row and Wells is less experienced so more likely to make mistakes (I thought he was a step up from Joel though)

we showed some good glimpses today i thought. I was really impressed with Gabe Hamlin and Navarette looked good as well. I'm still not convinced about Powell in the halves but it was his first game there so will give him a few more games to settle. Sam looked good and Gildart played ok but bombed a certain try, overall not a bad run out, things are looking promising.
