Some Salford fan said to me and I quote "You are by far and away the most Handsome & Knowledgeable Rugby League Fan in England!"

I thanked him and went on my Merry way!

I thought that little fatty goading the Wigan fans and then having a biff with the stewards was more embarrassing.

Wonder if that's the same short fat guy who's always standing outside the front of the Wire clubhouse when the visiting team are going back to their coach.

I've seen him a few times. Always looks as if he's trying to pluck up the courage to shout abuse, but somehow it keeps eluding him. Utter pillock.

The most embarrassing part of last night from Warrington was the way Ryan Atkins celebrated his try putting his tongue out! You'd think they'd won the game, not pulled it back to 6-20, the pleb!

His reaction was very closely followed by Tony Smith's snivelling post match interview feeling sorry for himself!! Not a single word for how well the opposition played and how Wigan took their chances etc.

The race is on, will it be Smith, Cunningham or McDermott who gets sacked first?

Smith and McDermott, to be fair, have both overseen sides who have played good footy in the recent past. Could the same be said about KFC?

Came to the same conclusion during a discussion last night.

Smith and McDermott are going through it at the moment but do have a lot of credibility as coaches. Their teams have won plenty of trophies and played sensational.rugby in the past. They still go as all good things come to an end but at least they can point to their previous successes.

Cunningham's tenure has been a spectacular failure in every way thus far. Been fun to watch. Could possibly see them sneak a win tonight though.

Glad it wasn't just me with Atkins! What a weird character he seems. I couldn't believe my eyes when I watched the replay on getting in. It was the reaction of a player who'd put his side four scores up not one who'd brought them back within four scores only.

The only thing that surprised me more was that he'd not dropped the ball. I presumed it was another attempted con job.

Watching the highlights tonight and hearing the Sky commentary for the first time, they were practically creaming their jeans about the way he 'caressed the ball'!
