I suspect the answer to the above questions is nobody and no.
We need to try to bring the best people in the World in to support our game. Hopefully Sinfield is the best man for the job but with such little experience in his new role it will be a steep learning curve.

Sport is very different to many businesses, thats why Heatherington (a former player coach) runs a club much better that Koukash (an accomplished businessman)
The rfl need a shakeup anyway, because the businessmen that have been appointed recently are clearly clueless, RL and RU both went full-time professional around the same time, yet whilst RU revenue and awareness has skyrocketed since the RL has floundered
