Scotland had their chance to leave the UK and go alone but bottled it, they should then live with the decision to leave the EU like the rest of the U.K.
Usually drive down on a friday. If you book train well in advance you can get cheap deals. Me and the lad down today back tomorrow £57 return for the two of us. .
Regards , Ew
Will do. Defo fancy a weekend there sometime! Cheers

Do you come down on the train? Having never been to Edinburgh (yes I missed going to Murrayfield final due to the birth of my eldest lad), I quite fancy a weekend there, the Manchester Airport to Edinburgh train goes through Wigan North Western and takes approx three hours, looks quite a cheap option too (approx £50 return). Plus travelling through the Lake District you get to enjoy the scenery.
Great for a w/end away , went last winter for the Christmas Markets, lots to see, got the TPE from M/cr Picc cheap if you book well in advance, anyway got to find the flip flops for Perps !

Brill, cheers for that! Defo going to go there soon. Jealous about the Catalans match but can't go due to working, have a 14 year old lad with a face on like!
If you can get up early enough the 06:43 train to Edinburgh and the 06:52 train back are always cheap . As low as £12 each way . If there are 3 or more of you Virgin trains do a group discount . Warrington bank Quay to Edinburgh can be be even cheaper at times .
Edinburgh city centre hotels are expensive . PREMIER INN at the Gyle can be as low as £39 / night iif booked and paid for well in advance . City Centre trams take you right to the hotel door in about 20 minutes for £1.60 / 80p .

Cheers for that, if we can get a good deal on the trains then I don't mind paying more for the hotels on the centre. Definitely on the list of places to travel soon though.
