I think there's been a bit of plea bargaining here. The RFL have reprieved Ben Flower as long as Waneypops doesn't request for his secret love child Ben Thaler to ref the game. Although he is a strong ref. lmfao

We should scrap the Grade A,B and C offences sham and let the RFL make it up as they go along because that's what they have done in this case.

It started off at a Grade C offence possible 2 match ban, then Grade B one match ban now its a Grade A no ban just a fine, what a farce, a big overhaul needed at the RFL headquarters.

Don't know why people are attacking Wigan over this. We act in our own best interests and if we can get a player off a ban simply by appealing it then why wouldn't we. We've not acted incorrectly in this. I agree with many opposition fans that it's ridiculous to go from Grade C to no ban, but that's an RFL issue and not Wigan's fault or problem.

also, It could have gone the other way and they actually increased the ban......but the appeal panel obviously saw the tackle differently to the disciplinary panel and acted accordingly.......this is a problem for the RFL when different people interpret an event in different ways
