Have never seen Ryan, Mountford or Ashcroft, will check with father in law.
Don't think Platt or Botica, good players that they were, could be classed as immortals. Monie was fabulous but only did 4 and a bit years. Ashurst is a personal favourite but didn't play enough games, left in acrimonious curcumstances although he came back for a stint coaching. Offiah again was a revelation but wasn't here long enough. That leaves Fairbairn, Clarke and Robinson from my era. George was a wholehearted player who carried us almost single handed for several years then was forced out as the good times began. Colin played for us over a long period, was a top class player and came back to coach us to success. Like Ashurst a real Wiganer and Wigan fan. Jason was a scorer of great tries, not a great tryscorer and was the best in his position across the world.
Think I'm edging towards Clarke but will have a chat about Ryan, Mountford and Ashcroft.
