I believe that Lockers just needs some match fitness and also Coach Wayne will come good as he is only going through a bad patch, the way i see it, Mr Lenegan is more to blame for selling players and not replacing with players of equal standard
I mentioned that in my post...
I also mentioned getting players fit, playing them in their preferred positions, the next few games being key to our overall season' performance and that otherwise changes are needed.
I stand by my comments and no one has disagreed, I suppose my comments are hardly rocket science or anything no one has either heard or spoken before. I will however not be venturing onto warrior fans or whatever it is. #rlfansandproud
It was a guess. I didn't bother reading that tripe either.
Short attention span, have we? How would you know if something was "tripe" if you hadn't read it? Perhaps you'd be better off waiting for the "I hate the new kit thread" when there aren't any actual Wigan performances or prospects to discuss and you could simply follow the clique of your choosing? There's nothing wrong with airing your thoughts on here and anyone who does should be ready to receive either bouquets or brickbats. But, given your admission that you haven't read any of the content, allow me to classify your input equally as tripe. I know, because I read it.

Complaint threads are never worth reading. Just self-appointed experts ranting.

It's obvious you haven't read my thread, which was actually all about how we will turn things around and all will be OK, as far as can be from complaining (though I've done my share when I disagree with something). The only thing I would complain about was the Catalan performance as an individual entity. I don't care how many we had missing or how well Catalan played, that performance and scoreline will never be acceptable to me. As I said, I expected us to lose, not capitulate.
Well I've kept my powder dry on this until I calmed down a bit. The performance and result were truly shocking and, like everyone else, I really wish Wane would just shut up for a bit! However, I look at what we could put out on the pitch and feel that if we could get Flower, Clubb, Faz and Joel back in the pack we would immediately be a different proposition. And if only SOL could show even a glimpse of his previous form..... When you add Gelling, Manfredi and Thornley into the injury equation we are as badly hit as everyone else and worse than some but this doesn't seem to be getting recognised. I know we have depth with the likes of Charnley and Bowen in our ranks but as has been posted elsewhere the lack of reserve team opportunities means these guys need a handful of games to get up to speed. I've asked for Logan to play instead of Powell (just a personal choice) but given how many matches he's missed he'd be in the same boat as Charnley and Bowen. In terms of the coach, I think we should accept that Wane isn't going anywhere unless things get a LOT worse and I personally feel we can come through this. I was expecting a narrow win against HKR and a solid loss to Catalan so I'm possibly not as disappointed as others on here. However, the next 3 games are key. We need forwards back from injury and playing in their rightful positions and we need to not be carrying SOL (I feel like a sinner for saying that). I'd stick with Bowen simply because he was thrown in the deep end at Catalan and deserves a couple of games, just as Rocky got, and I've got fingers crossed that the coach keeps quiet and we hold our discipline, both of which are factors we should easily be able to control. That alone should see an improvement, but if we lose our next 2 games, hold onto your hat!
I agree the injuries have been disruptive but IMO Wane hasn't dealt with them very well. Part of this is because of issues like of going into the season with only two fit centres so when one gets injured we end up with Joel out of pack and in the centres. Who's idea was that? Add to fact Sarge's defense has vanished we are very weak in the centres at the moment.
Then SOL comes back and was actually disruptive when introduced into the side and while giving Hampshire a run in the side is better than in one week, out the next he hasn't looked comfortable at full back. I don't think Wane knows who his interchange hooker is and he hasn't addressed the goal kicking issue. I think he is a bit stumped as to how to get the players he has available playing as a team.

Maybe the players are completely down, especially the halfbacks with his constant tinkering with them and who plays backup hooker.
I am hearing that one of the halfbacks went into the Cats match carrying an injury and still he would not have Hampshire in the 17.
