Fielden should have gone to the NRL 2/3 years before he joined us.

Fielden won a Superleague ring with Wigan and was 4th top in appearances that season.

Are you saying that Fielden won more in his time at Wigan than Hull have in the entirety of Super League?

It's a real shame Taylor has made the choices he has. Genuinely think he would have gone on to be an England regular. Can't see him doing anything but going backwards at Hull

If you are going to to be funny, at least get the facts right, since in SL we have won one trophy (Not brilliant, but more than most teams), so we have won the same as Fielden did in his career at Wigan.

I'm not sure why you think that, many players who have signed for Hull have become better players, also some have gone backwards (But surely this is the same with players from all clubs?)

Based on his form this season (which has been better than his last at Wigan), he should be in the England team this year anyway and I can't see why that continue while at Hull. Tom Briscoe was a regularly international while at Hull and only didn't make the England side last year, while at Leeds.

It might work for Taylor at Hull, it might not, we will have to see.

He won the LLS in 2010 so two in total along with the Grand Final.

He's got a huge job on to get in an Engkand squad ahead of Graham, Hill, Burgess x2, Walmsley or Mike Cooper but he is good enough to be in that company.

The one thing he needs to become is fitter and more professional. It's all well and good people having a laugh over his gut but the truth is that's unacceptable for a professional sportsman and it probably says quite a lot about his attitude towards the professional aspects of the game.

I see him as somebody who cuts corners. If he stops doing that he can be one of the very best in superleague and possibly the world. The penny needs to drop ala Freddie Flintoff in cricket all those years back.
