14 tries in 11 games, overall. 9 in 9 in SL.

This is way up there with dumbest post of the year. Briscoe has been out injured for most of the season.

He scored 10 tries in 24 SL games last year.

Don't agree that he's average, I think I'd rather have him that Charnley... just (on current form). But I'd rather have Manfredi and Burgess on each wing still

What planks like you will never understand is that scoring lots of tries is not a measure of how good you are. Leeds Rhinos have scored shedloads of tries this year because we have try scorers in pretty much every position. The same people that criticise Ryan Hall come out with the drivel you do. Hall and Briscoe are like two extra forwards for us, taking immense pressure off our front row and gaining us masses of metres whenever we are under pressure. We don't rely on a handful of strike players to score all our points, we have weapons everywhere. And you hate it so much. It's brilliant.

Probably the strangest quote ever to appear on here. I see you are all full of bravado because you have won the Challenge Cup and you somehow think it bothers us? We got over the Challenge Cup defeat months ago. Unless you haven't noticed there is a team that has beaten you twice this season (would'd have been 3 but for the most biased decisions i have ever witnessed) breathing right down your necks. I wouldn't gloat until the season's over miladdio.
