Nay nay, and thrice nay..... I was all for giving him a second chance, i'll give anyone a second chance...... But he can do one for me.

If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.

I'm not sure how anyone can genuinely believe that a player is worth a year's deal or will add much-needed aggression to a powder-puff pack if he spends much of that one year sidelined through suspension. How many chances does Hock need to prove that he's too unreliable to be a professional sportsman?

When Hock 1st came through he had more potential than almost any forward I’d seen at his age. The truth is though, his self destructive nature cost him a top class career and I’ll bet he regrets his actions every day. He’s the biggest waste of talent I’ve ever seen and he had more than a fair share of chances. He’s nowhere near the player he was and at his best he was nowhere near the player he could have become. I’d steer well clear.

Exactly. I'd rather have Sutton out there, at least he is committed to the cause

I can see why people will disagree with my Hock comment, however I feel we all agree that signing Pettybourne would have been an awful signing.

A couple of years ago, I saw Joel Tomkins driving away from Orrell training ground. That night his signature was announced by the club.

To cheer you all up on a cold, wet December night, I thought I’d let u know that this afternoon, I saw Gareth Hock driving away from the training ground. Now, he wasn’t actually within the grounds when I saw him but if I changed my name to another poster, I’d be telling you that he’d definitely signed for us! However, I’m not changing my name and it could very easily be just coincidence!

Merry Christmas fellow RL fans!

Oh dear..
