Not one of my favourite players, but tremendous comment by him just now on SSN re the Tevez situation. 'I can't see anyone doing that, then showing their face in the Changing Room after.'

In our sport tevez would have been punched in the face probably by each and everyone of the players and then booted out of the club and hopefully the sport

I think it's a pretty unique situation. You get players who are 'bad influences' or 'want out' in all sports, even RL but not to the extent that Tevez went too.

That being said one of our greats, Ellery Hanley, could be disruptive at times.

It was just a series of sports people giving their opinion. There was also an interview with Brian Mc re Friday nights game. He was also asked his opinion and just said that it would never happen in RL.
If you want to see it just watch SSN, it's bound to be on again in the next 40 minutes, it's all they're talking about.

Hanley's ego when a player was probably even bigger than Tevez's. However when you get paid £250,000 a week it does seem a tad inconsiderate to not put a shift in for 30 minutes when asked.

It also seems a daft time to do it. During the transfer window he may have been given a way out but now he potentially has to hang around until the new year.

Unless he's looking to get sacked?

Used to love football but now it just a load rich wankers throwing money around acting like spoilt brats. People wonder why their kids are little shits when they are watching people with an attitude like that. Its only a matter of time before one of them is on a £1 million a week.

Would love to see some of them give rugby league a try, they wouldnt last 2 minutes
