Anyone believe Finch and Lima will see out their contracts?

Er...yes?

Frightening, isn't it? The Official "I've been shown up by Michael MaGuire/Shaun Wane" list:
Richard Agar Terry Matterson Mick Potter John Kear Nathan Brown x2 Steve Ganson
Crunch time for Leeds will come if there aren't any takers for Eastwood. If he remains on the transfer list then Leeds have to pay him, whether they play him is another matter. They may decide if no club comes in for him to cut their losses and release him rather than forking out his salary. I can't see him being on the list until the new season 2011 and then with no takers Leeds still holding out for a fee. Surely they'd let him go long before then?

I don't think anyone would be surprised, I think whilst we have signed the other 2 for a longer time, the hock issue & the sc issues, make me view Hoffman more as a loan signing. Could be wrong but the one yr deal certainly helps everyone short term.
Depends what happens with Roberts for me. If he stays then I don't see Phelps getting a look in, so I think we should release him.
If Roberts goes, then I think it depends on our recruitment (or lack of). If we bring in a hooker, then I'd imagine Sam will go to FB, so I still don't see Phelps getting much game time with a few youngsters (Charnley, Marsh etc.) pushing for first team places. If we don't replace Roberts with anyone, then maybe Phelps is worth another year, could even start at full back if he stays fit.
would anyone take a chance on big willy mason, media seem to think he will be at KR or Hudds next season. Talented hard player but would he be too much of a disruption????

Its just not worth it. We're in a position now where we don't need to 'take chances' on players, we can bide our time and sign almost guaranteed quality as Lenagan has done with the three from Melbourne.
Mason could go to Hull KR and be phenomenal. But he could just as easily go there and be a huge expensive flop causing the entire team to implode in the process. Not worth the risk.

If mason can settle in england and stays happy he will rip super league up!

If we dont get injuries Amos may not play 1st team again this year. Played in the 20's yesterday, heard he is agone at end of the season and heart not really in in anymore.
Hope this is not the case but is what i have been told.
