Reserves v Wakefield ko 2:30

Sunday
Women v Featherstone ko 12:00

It was a very young U19's team v Wire, made up of 1st and 2nd years.
Wigan won 28 - 6, Ethan Havard, Harry Smith and Callum Green all played well.

The reserves beat Wakefield 34 - 6. It was the Morgan Escare show, outstanding at fullback in the first half and then at halfback in the 2nd. Interestingly Wigan played 16 year old winger Reece Hamlett in the reserves rather than the u19's and he did o.k scoring a good try.

It was, they played really well with the fullback outstanding. The game was shown live on Wigan t.v.

A very good result considering it was the women's teams first competitive match against an established team who were last year's runners up. Stains women's team beat York 40-0. Looking forwards to the derby match on 13th May.
