Despite all the rumors being that the Magic Weekend will be held at Anfield. The Liverpool Rock & Roll Marathon is on that weekend. Anfield is on the route and road closure notices have been published. I cannot see that these two events are compatible. It would mean a very late kick off for the rugby on the Sunday, which may not be practical.

Still get a feeling they are going to go for anfield! Could be a nightmare

Would the Council and the Police allow both events to run at the same time. Emergency access to Anfield is likely to be compromised. Dealing with the numbers of people attending, surely will be an issue.

Just a thought..... Feb 3rd, Wakefield- 59 years since the crash that killed Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper and Ritche Valens.
