Why look backwards? You cannot change the past. You can only look foreword The thread is about shirts, why did we not have XL, because they sold them all, why? Probably because of increase in support this year on last. What’s difficult to understand?
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.

No.....more likely the boss is peeved about buying stock that then went to refugees like the Jako stock.....as I said, the opening gate was lower than last years, so where you get this increased support from is questionable.

I understand most things...especially your need to be 100% positive even in the face of factual evidence the other way......but if you want to be condescending continue as you are.....it highlights your disconnect from reality.
Last seasons opener was against who? How many travelling fans did that opposition bring? This seasons opener was against the team who are expected to struggle and furthest away in the uk, go figure Season tickets this year are up on last year go figure! Fact! we have more committed supporters this year
By the way I said our support I didn’t say game attendance.

Really.....do you have a link to this? The club have missed no opportunity to "blow the trumpet' but there is no such claim on the website, twitter, facebook or anywhere else...are you making stuff up NB?????
Thought you were the font of all knowledge. Not everything comes from the internet, and why would I make it up? Season tickets sales up on last year simple fact! By a decent amount.

No...it's a claim from you. There is no evidence and therefore it can't be taken as anything other than your claim....no nearer fact than me sayig I am faster than Dwain Chambers......not probable but neither factual either.
Link.....or accept you simply made it up because the club claimed a gate "close to 900" without publishing the actual gate and it got you all excited
It’s all made up! Non of its true! It’s not on the internet so can’t be true. The bloke that sells the tickets is talking piffle. It’s a positive for the club so can’t be right.

I see when you get to the stage where you have not a leg to stand on that you now revert to "whatever you say" as a lame attempt to imply that you know more, but in fact you don't know anything. A better person would admit that they made up the claim regarding ST sales.......but you're not a better person are you!
