The lad must have accepted he is not Super League or Top Championship material, so is happy to continue in the small pond, which is his comfort zone.
He could have put himself in the shopping window with us, instead he will play in the tea cup with a team destined for relegation.

Now I hear from Workington, he is signed on for us, next season. He was given the chance to come down early but decided to wait for pre season.
I was wrong about his lack of ambition, he is probably just loyal.
They say he has been their stand out player and will be missed, which is good.

TBH if this is the case (ie he is trying to help his current club avoid relegation, rather than jump at the first chance to move), this is a good sign of his temperament and attitude.

Now is he signed on loan for us next season, or is he a full bronco? Either way looks a good signing
