Give me 500k over 3 years (wages and budget) and I'd deliver a 10% year on year increase in attendances.
2800 + 10% = 3,080 +10% = 3,388 +10% 3,726............if I hit the average in year 3, pay me twice that for the same increase over the following 3 years....The result is 4,959 average at a cost of 1.5 million.......over 6 years.
Give David Hughes has wasted 1.5 million on one years cap...I'd look at my offer as being better VFM.
By the way...people generally aren't sure about working with me....I am slightly rough around the edges....but within a couple of weeks when the results start coming in......they get over their fears.
