JESUS WEPT :WALL: HOW MANY TIMES?????
£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Wakefield is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.

There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them. :BEAT:

Couple of things dog! You say Jesus wept, so would you he had nails smacked through his hands and feet, that’s gonna make anyone wince.

As for the Standard coverage, not sure why such a reaction, in the standard there is no mention of his links with Broncos, unlike the main article in the mirror where there are a couple of pictures of him in a broncos kit.

Got to say though, tasered that many times and still not going down, glad I never had to fight the bloke, hard as nails or what? Stupid but hard!

However you look at this Scott Moore situation, you can see what a waste it is. Being the youngest ever Super League player shows that he had talent,
He has had many clubs including our own. Yet throughout his career has been unable to settle at any of them.
He seems to have run out of options as far as Rugby League goes. Tragically following this incident and his subsequent imprisonment, you have to fear for his future.

Any chance this could turn up on one of those 'Police, Camera , Action' type TV shows?
I reckon there'd be some great dialogue - 'Taser him constable!' 'I did Sarge - but he won't go down' 'Well Taser him again!' 'And again!' 'Oh bloody hell give us it here!'
Rise like Lions after slumber
In unvanquishable number--
Shake your chains to earth like dew
Which in sleep had fallen on you--
Ye are many -- they are few.'
