One of three things:

1) Widnes injury crisis and needed at home?
2) We decided no more need for his services/ we're broke?
3) Super League club's pulling up the draw bridge?

Anyway I'd wish Tom well in the future as he has added significantly to our season and been a positive asset for us during his stay.

Kevin Brown injured for 6+ weeks so looks like the first of those three.

Shame to lose him, has looked pretty good for us. Barthau to step in maybe?

He was a loan player! With injury issues at home club why would it be anything sinister

He was going back whether Brown got injured or not. Fax were still trying to get Craven and Widnes must have said its the same for other loan players they were taking back, when asked why Gilmore hadnt gone back they said he was but not until after the Fax game.
