Surprised no-one else has mentioned it -but its one hell of a coincidence ( dont you think) that in last 7 SL GAMES theres only been a total of 11 points difference between winners and losers overall / teams going to pot in second half who were coasting / players sent off and penalties given for virtually nothing?
has the R L given refs instructions tomake the game more exciting coming up to the eights ? or have they been on a course with Harry Potter..........

We regularly get points difference greater than that in ONE game - nevermind 7 !!!

Dont know what odds youd have got for forecasting a sequence of results like that in RL with such a small difference but I bet theyd be better than the 8 draw treble chance at football eh?

....either that pal --or refs making it a game ( of two halves)!

just struck me as highly unusual though !

Cant recall all games being that close in one week of fixtures before !

I don’t think the refs have the amount of influence to mean players miss tackles of catch passes.
This is the biggest pile of conspiracy theory I’ve ever heard!

It does sound a hell of a of a conspiracy , but Hey nothing about the RFL would surprise me anymore, It could be just as Brierley says that the cap is working and it more than likely is something as simple as that, but how many times have I heard people say on forums and seen it for myself when all penalties have gone one way for half a game sometimes more and then suddenly all are going the other way and they end up with similar count both ways.

That's not always the case i know but you get a lot less games where the penalty count is one sided, and what better way to even games up by giving penalties at strategic times, Sometimes you would swear the ref has a bet on, and of course you could never pin them down to being one sided.

It's all nonsense anyway, i just like a good conspiracy theory.
