No it can't all be laid at his door but a lot of it can, Whoever the players on the field are it's his job to get them up for the task,
The biggest part of a coaches job is to get the players motivated, Practice is supposed to take care of the rest. That was Andersons biggest problem as well. You don't have to look far to see coaches who have these skills and the effect they have on making fairly average players into very good Teams. N Brown was the best we have had for a long time.
