If i was to marry, i dont know if i ought to, if i would, if i should , i'd marry a Prop's daughter, she'd go down, i'd go down, we'd all go down together, we'd be alright in the middle of the night going down together!!

Feel sorry for Rick Stone, imo he has inherited a near impossible situation. He has come to a team who were just about dead and buried due to the lack of leadership in getting shut of our coaching team 2 months after they should have done and giving some players contracts which were far too long. We also now have signings already made and coming in that Rick may not want and players leaving that he could have wanted to keep. I read Melbourne are releasing several players one a Fijian flyer probably well know to Rick and Hinchy called Kobobiate who is a beast that does the 100 meters in 10.7 secs, just what we are after to add some much needed pace to our backline but wont be able to get due to been upto the cap. We look atm to have a squad of squad players especially in the back division. I for one wont be judging RS until he has his own men in place like we allowed PA to have which could take a while and lots of wheeling and dealing. Some of the signings are questionable at best and looked like we were planning for life in the Championship. Quite a few decent players have become available yet the fact we have no room for manouvere just weeks after the season has finished is a shocking mess up. Not sure the reason for holding back on the season tickets but I say get em released cos nowt is gonna change the decision of fans to get one or not to get one. Also can we have the shirts home and away released well before xmas so we look a little organised this year? Thanks in advance, rant over

yeh didnt he sign with rugby union.. im sure we would have been interested in uate too but he isnt cheap and we dont need a winger as rick has already stated where we need to strengthen.

not much cap space as we made our signings during the season, too late to get us in the top 8 but quick enough to stay in super league?! brierley, ikahihifo, symonds all came in.

stone says the talent is their in the squad they juts need to get back to working hard for each other etc, as fans we can get behind him and hope he can sort them out this pre season and get them working together again like they did before

He will get my backing cos was one of the few that was saying months ago that Andersons tine was up. Looking forward to seeing some rugby been played again with pride, passion, aggression etc etc, rather than half arsed 5 drives with slow ptb's and no line speed or aggression in defence that has been the norm for far too long by a number of our players

Problem is FP when we had a flying winger he rarely got a pass, Now If RS is going to concentrate his efforts in places that will alter that , then sure we can start and think about speedy wingers. We have a good pairing at halfback with Brough and Brierley, I believe they can do a good job providing the pack them half a chance and hopefully our backs will get brought into the game far more.

I believe myself that most of our forwards are good enough, I have always thought the problem has been in the Coaching, Not every ones opinion i know , but Hey ho. I would also like to see Roberts trained up to Take Wardle's place in the centre, A big centre in the Newlove mould in his own right, rarther than a SR running wide, Just an opinion.

Spot on mate remember warching us against Saints after they had a man red carded and we had a winger stood in acres of space but insisted on half arsed drives up middle of the park all game!!! Roberts is a real talent and could be a case of him and Taai been in 2nd row wi Symonds playing centre ala Wardle as he has done in Oz many times, that said think all 3 are cracking backrow forwards but Roberts deffo a massive star in the making :thumb: :thumb:

Signing cough, Gaskell and Ferguson and ormsby on long deals for more than they are worth means they can't get in who they want, dealing exclusively with one agent doesn't help, can't afford Mamo because of dross we brought in

No way are these 'stellar' signings, but last year proved if you go into a season with a small squad and have a bad run of injuries it can almost be a SL death sentence.

Who actually knows we have signed the three Bradford players and if so what the terms are.
The club seem very slow at announcing who has been released.
