Also, regarding the silence. It could well be a tactical silence, I would prefer matter to be dealt with privately within the organisation. As long matters are being dealt with. Because it's obvious things need changing.
All the years of poor management have come and bit us on our booty. A quote from a player not me, and that was a quarter of the way into the season. So the players know that there ia problems at the club.
