If the rumours are true, and we have signed Gaskell, Clough and Ferguson. Would it not make sense for these players to arrive now so that both teams can start building for next season?

Or is that a selfish thought and too presumptuous that Bradford are in a position to let them go early?

Building for what though? I don't understand how them joining now to sit in the stands is building us. Would you play any of those players in front of what we already have? I certainly wouldn't! If the answer is no then why bother- they are more likely to get game time where they are and can join us for preseason without is having to pay their wages.
TBH I dont see how adding these average players to our squad is building.

Gaskell is injured (a state he spends most of his time in) and would probably not get near the team.

The other two - would not get near the team.

I just hope these rumours aren't true.

cant see any of the three names mentioned will improve the side or is there another reason favorite agent yet again we see promising youngsters having there noses pushed out as a poster put months don't stay at the giants if you want to get on would like to know if one of the deals was done before Conner found a new club

I would rather build for next season playing the likes of Roberts, Mason, JJ, Sam Wood etc................

dont know what division we will be in yet

the squad now is more than capable of winning 5 games to stay in sl.

plus id we do stay up we need some signings to have something to talk about in the off season

Even if you got them now, you can't play them this season. (unless you signed them before last Friday, that is)

I think Clough and Ferguson have been good at Bradford, from what I've seen against them, but Gaskell has suffered a string of injuries. Hopefully, he can put them behind him because, when fit, he's looked a class act, in the Championship.
