Nah- Lawrence can play 80 at 13, so can hinchy. Wardle and taai can play longer minutes and Roberts is coming on nicely. I think it's more a case he will be moving on next season anyway and just wants to play to give him s chance of s contract next year.

i agree why keep a player who doesn't want to be at the club and is moving on next season anyway ??? a move in the right direction for a change mr anderson

Because he is a solid back up player. Yeah he's not been great, but our thin squad has already been exposed. I'd hope we have someone in line to fill a spot. Unless Mikey Wood is ready to step up

You're right. Anyone seen my brain?!

Given the fact we keep loaning in poor players, I thought it would be worth retaining one who is playing for a super league contract somewhere in SL next year.

Don't get me wrong he hasn't been tearing up any trees this year, but I'd hope we have a replacement lined up, otherwise we are even thinner.

Disappointed to see him go. Hasn't fulfilled true potential. Could be really explosive when running right lines and hitting gap. Maybe not used to best effect by coaching staff. IMO we seem to have too much of the same in the forwards. Larne offered something different. Suppose we now need to see replacement plan before judging.

Hasn't fulfilled his potential? Sounds like the report of a lazy schoolchild! If he's not fulfilling his potential by running lines and hitting gaps here and at Wigan it's possibly not the coaching that's at fault.....
