I'd be gutted if we lost Jerry. The go forward he gives us and the penalties he wins are priceless.I'm convinced he is going to break the line every time he powers in!! I would hope Wigan would stick with Manfredi and Charnley, they are great players, Wigan... you don't need our boys!

The sooner we get Jerry signed up to a big, long contact the better....i wouldn't swap him for any other winger in the league !!

Sounds like charnley and wane aren't best buddies at the minute. Charnley had s bit of a whinge in the papers about it a couple of weeks ago.
I hope Jerry would want to stay- but I'd understand if he wanted to move on- just hope if he goes its after his contract runs out and not before!!

Hughes is out of contract with Wigan at the end of the season, so they can't use him as a bargaining tool. Hopefully we will have Hughes signed up by the end of the season.

How old is Hughes? Would we need to pay Wigan a fee based on his age?

He's 23 Jools. I don't know if you have to pay fees in rugby. It might just be football. However I may be wrong.

There was a transfer fee payable - like a "training fee" - im presuming it's still in place- think there was some issue over some new EU ruling - i think it was for players 22 and under.

Sounds plausible. Even if it was 23 and under he s 24 in January so we could wait till then and save a few bob.

Just realised I've forgotton to add Lunt to the list.
Anyone fancy giving him a contract extension?

My money is on him going to Salford. (For marwans money) His ego will suit marwan nicely.

If Lunt was going to Salford Koukash would have announced it already. Infact, wherever Lunt is going, I would have expected an announcement....unless the contract is dependent on promotion/survival?
