quite looking forward to this game now, potentially could be a cracking game, a duel between the 2 mercurial 6's in brough and chase, both teams capable of playing some good stuff, but also capable of an arm wrestle and a bit of naughtiness, as we saw in the same game as last year.

we definately owe them one for embarrassing us last year.

not sure if the 6PM kick off is a good one though, but would hope it wouldn't put many people off, families etc and salford will probably bring a good noisy bunch, if we can replicate the atmosphere we saw at warrington then it could be lively!

I can understand the 6pm kick off- traditionally a lot of industry in Hudds stay open on Friday and close Monday, Tuesday. Also it gives folk who are off time to do other things. We owe them one- I will never forget the way koukash reacted last year- and Id love to stick it to him. We should beat them up the middle, robbo and Woody are making us space and the way our wingmen, Brough and grix are playing ATM I will be really disappointed if we don't get two points from this.

it was a bad day last year when they beat us at home, everything seem to come off for them, with the new full back arriving too

brough getting hit late by tasi def owe them one!

but they are going well and we always seem to slip up against them at least once a year

should be a really good contest!

may see broughton/bailey/johnson come in for these easter games

We are flying! Salford are playing pretty good too! This should be a great game!
We need to match there aggressiveness, especially if they play like they did last year. Can't afford to be battered and bruised for our Monday fixture.
Long kicks, turning the opposition and defend like the team with the best defence are expected to defend.
Hopefully we'll give ourselves less defending to do by improving our disapline.

Brough vs Chase! Could be worth the admission price on it's own if these too battle it out like they can.

Yep, can't wait for this now, the way both teams are playing it could be a fantastic spectacle. We need to be totally switched on though or we will come unstuck as we have many times before against this lot !!

....Brough v Chase should be interesting, can only really recall Rangi having a good game against us once we seem to do a good job keeping him quiet.

Few old boys coming back too....The Griffin brothers ( Darrell & Josh), Tommy Lee and Greg Johnson.
Any injuries from Wire ?

Don't think we have any injury worries- greg is continuing to do a great job making sure our lads are well conditioned- and I'm sure that helps! We've had some luck too- but let's take that!!!!!
It will be interesting to see what anderson does with our squad over easter.

Both teams will be looking at chase or brough as the main men and rightly so but there's others on show who are more then capable. I.e dobson,locke, ferres, wardle, cudjoe, paterson.......etc

Should be a cracker but i expect you to edge it by 8!

Salford bullied us last year and it was, frankly, a bit embarrassing.

I don't like how Salford play. They're like a poor mans Wigan with the bully boy stuff but this has been (and is) our achilles heel. We need to fight fire with fire and stand up to it.

In years gone by we were deemed the bully boys although I'd like to think we weren't a team that dished out the snide stuff I saw at home vs Salford last year. They beat us easy though and I didn't like that either.

Let's not roll over this year. We seem to have found some momentum and togetherness btwn the lads and Lunt going seems, atm, to actually be beneficial to morale. We surely will know what's coming; don't go into your shells lads. Come out fighting!

Koukash very friendly with crabtree and banter lastnight on twitter, if crabtree was to leave i could see it being to go work with koukash
