If we were going to bring in any overseas players, surely we would have had to get rid of some, to make way on our quota? Also, maybe the new signings are on a promise for next season, should we make the top four and progress from there?

I notice '31 Jordan Baldwinson' is missing from the list of those not selected for Saturday. Has he gone back to Wakefield?

The players being released aren't adding anything to the team (no disrespect to them)

Lovett hasn't earned a place in the 17 - are you suggesting he would be good enough if we got to SL

We are only releasing players who are, for whatever reason, not up to the job. And we are looking to bring fresh people in

Players being brought in are on loan, or on deals till the end of the season. Two players released officually (Patrick and Vaivai) and one rumoured (Lovett) were on 2 year contracts. And I imagine decent sized contracts. So they're effectively cutting next year's contract commitments without affecting the team. Would be irresponsible to do nothing.

If we're not in the top 4 after the Swinton game, I'd expect one or two first teamers to be transferred before the deadline.

The initial one month loan had ended, but I think Kieron said he was now on 'week to week' terms.

It’s cost us a lot of money to get rid of vaivai patrick and Lovett and replacing with loan players on the if we get in Top 4 might get a contract for next season I honestly think if we get in Top 4 we will go up

Well, fingers crossed, we should have a strong squad available, if we do make it to the '8's', with Mason & Higham due back soon.
