If - and it's a big IF - Jukesy left, who do you think we could attract to our club?
Rumours about Sean wane?

Warrington linked with former Aussie player Dean Pay - could we attract a legend of the game to come to Leigh?

And not all great coaches were great players of course
Leigh to win challenge cup before 2020
Leigh to reach Grand Final by 2022

Derek to get a queens honour (mbe) by 2025

Oh Leigh oh Leigh oh Leigh

He's no good - the lad is huge but couldn't bust through a wet paper bag. He was crap at Wigan, he was crap here, and christ knows why Saints then signed him. Predictably, he was crap there as well.

He's now where he belongs, in NL1.[/quote]

I understand what you are saying but the lad has been warned about his timekeeping of late along with the other lad.

It is embarrasing when we have players such as Higham and Danny Tickle in at 7am EVERY day. 100% committed, focused and working as hard as possible to preserve this clubs prized SL status.

Missing or rolling in late for sessions at such a crucial period is totally unforgivable for any FT player, irrespective of who is in charge.

It is interesting that I note Toronto rumours for him next season are now surfacing on here simultaneously. Probably a bigger pointer than the coach really.

Yes, it is unacceptable. But Toronto rumours aren't a bigger pointer than the issue of management and coaching staff losing the dressing room.

I am definately not a Tony Smith fan and that goes back to his days at Huddersfield. He took Huddersfield down with a Parachute payment and steamrollered everyone on their way straight back up! They were the only fulltime club in the league, not his fault however, there was a complete arragance about him, particularly towards us and therefore, he's not the man for me!
I have many 'friends' Wire fans and some haven't been this season because they wanted rid of him at, the beginning of the season, before a match was played! So its not a decision thats been a shock to Wire fans!

As for us, forget whats gone in the past, it happens in all work places, we have a job to do as a club and that is to retain our hard earned place in Super league! Win the next three games and we play Super League next season, simple as so, lets start tonight with a 100% effort from all the players and staff and the supporters too, of course :thumb:

He's not geet oor us tekin Mickey off em.

If warry were challenging for the top 4, He would've just kept his silly trap shut, and would most likely be in charge of them again next year. It's sour grapes from the T@@T if you ask me.

The text in that tweet was taken but not qouted in full from his after match comments at Fev, he also mentioned Leigh should not be in the same situation to be relegated, I am not a fan a Tony Smith and would not want him near Leigh, but I also do not want to castigate him for being misquoted.
