We looked clueless yesterday, but perhaps some of the credit for that has to go to HKR? They know how to stop us playing - as do Widnes unfortunately!

HKR targeted Mortimer, they were over him like a rash and he seemed to do an aweful lot of work defensively. Didn't really impress me ball in hand, indeed i think Drinkwater offered more.

And announcing sponsors MOM does my head in, because Langi was head and shoulders above anybody else in a Leigh shirt yesterday

Langi would have had my vote too. I think I would like to see Reynolds back next week (won't happen!) but in place of Drinkwater. I accept what Drinkwater brings to the attack, but right now, I think we need Mortimer's sheer enthusiasm.

Can see him at hooker next season, he'd be a right handful and seems to have played there in the NRL more recently

I personally don't think they will avoid MPG !
We were dreadful in our execution whereas other teams won't be ! We have been decimated by injuries at the wrong time ! Id have loved to have our first choice props Hock, Acton, Weston and Hopkin ripping into KR with Crooks and Tonga at centre but that's all done now !

You've lost one game and are now focussing on the MPG, there's plenty of time for you to avoid it and after seeing Widnes yesterday you should be able to.

Don't forget that Rovers only won because the ref. missed a blatant incorrect play the ball. Also its a great time to play Catalans with the weeks rest straight after. They seem to be in disarray at present. Perhaps we get the bounce of the ball this time.
