Having suffered the most biased commentary ever on Saturday and the guffawing of Clark et el when Moore blatantly shoulder charged McNally, the RFL have said "no charge".

Reason - no contact with the head - still must have been a serious risk of injury to Greg.

Disgrace IMO

Not bothered. He was sin binned. Any further punishment is just to the benefit of his next opponents, not us.

That's beside the point. There was no contact to the head when Acton pushed Flanagan, granted he wasn't sin binned, but received a 4 match ban.

Would you want him banned when Fev play London next week, or Widnes in two weeks?

Once again, that's just not the point though is it.

Indeed , he ' could ' have caused serious injury , well that was the argument that saw Acton get 9 , then 11

I'm sure I saw a little grin on Greg Birds face after Jamie spoke to him

The title of this thread is "inconsistency". Yet, isn't the disciplinary process totally consistent - in its inconsistency!?

I assume that's tongue in cheek, can argue Acton was hard done to but you can hardly compare the 2 incidents

Indeed, you could argue that moores challenge was similar to birds on Reynolds, which went unpunished - so there's your consistency
