No I wasn't inferring that, I could only speak for myself which is why I worded it like I did. I'm sure no one believes that you would either but at least we have now both come out and said that we wouldn't delete or edit anything on the club's behalf.

I'm afraid he's right Mr Chairman, if a poster wishes to reveal their own identity then that's all well and good but you aren't allowed to 'out' them.

Keith, you are 100% misinformed , I can assure you honestly I am not John Stringer.

My opinions are always my own and I think it is important that everyone is aware that whilst I know who John is ( as do most do on here) he is not a close friend or indeed associate of mine in any form what so ever.

Don't worry about it Mr Chairman, technically you did break the AUP by naming the person you thought it was (even though it turned out not to be that person) but it's hardly the crime of the century so just forget about it.

I guess the best way, (if you really do want to know) would be to PM someone and ask them confidentially, but you need to make it clear to them that they're under no obligation to tell you if they wish to keep their identity a secret so they don't feel in any way 'threatened' by the request.
