Mark Twain is credited with saying, "There are lies, damned lies and statistics."

The latest Opta SL Stats have some interesting revelations about our season so far:

Not surprising:

We have made more tackles, missed more tackles, made more errors, conceded more penalties, and yellow cards - than any other team. (obviously we have played one game more than many other teams)

Surprising:

We have made more clean breaks than Leeds, Hull, Wakefield, Catalans, Huddersfield, St Helens, Warrington and Widnes!
We have made more offloads than Salford, Wakefield, Catalans and Widnes!

We would also be top in the clean breaks not resulting in tries category.

I assumed that when I read how many clean breaks we have made - did any of them result in tries?

I wonder how many of those 'offloads' ended up in Leigh players' hands?
