We have a stadium built without debt that we get nothing for from beer/ food sales, our rental deal reflects those two facts, it's mutually beneficial.
So in comparison to Salfords debt ridden stadium we are quids in, and also to say Wakefield's rather run down one which must cost a fortune to keep legal
Profit pays bills not income so we can run at full cap with lower crowds. We ran at about 1.3m on cap this season but only got 450k from central, so the extra 500k on cap is offset by 1.4m more central funding, probably about 600k more in gates and 200k in sponsorship which means we have plenty left over for the marquee signing imo, and pay off some of Derek's loans that got us here
