Unless one of the three quarters is injured, then Armstrong playing again would be a bizarre selection. He's not played for ages and this isn't a game to be taking liberties with. More important than last weeks game.

According to the match programme Arstrongs last game was 15th July against Sheffield. It was also the last time Smith played.

Nothing major at all, one player has come down with a slight virus and been forced to make way for Tom. Class replaced with class.

Harold I BOW to your knowledge I thought the team I selected was nailed onto be the 17 squad,obviously I am not privy to illness or injuries,I still the team is extremely strong ,I'm an admirer of Armstrong ,I just felt the back line should be unchanged.I may see you tomorrow we shall be in the Fev Hotel before the game.

Greg gives us something no-one else in our squad gives us.

Greg every day for me unfortunately for Smith.

It doesn't help his cause with the additions of Brown and Dawson and the form of Higson and skill of Tonga.

If fit, I still see him playing a part.

LF , watching McNally again today , not impressed he let the ball bounce and Fev scored off this mistake,give me Lee Smith every time, of course only my opinion as you have yours.

Charlie I have to agree, Lee Smith has done nothing wrong since he arrived & deserves his place in the team.
At this stage we need a safe & solid full back, forget chiming into the line, he should be in, G Mac has sat out a lot of the season, not his fault but defence will win matches.

Ste, nowt wrong with agreeing with me I think Lee Smith would have attempted to take the ball on the full yesterday,though it does come down to confidence,MaNally is good in attack and support ,have you heard anything about Smith?As nobody seems to know anything.I thought Fev played well yesterday,and credit must go to them for the performance.
