Not dissimilar to Lanky really, or in (passable) English:-

"How are you faring Old Tony? What is the difference between your good self and Young Tony? You are a somewhat miserable individual my good friend."

P.S. I Hasten to add I am merely translating Mr Jagger's sentiments - that doesn't necessarily indicate my agreement (or in PR's memorable interview "agreeance") with them.
