But only if they have chosen too, or are not in a position to take full advantage of the rules. Why should the ambitious be dragged down to the lowest common denominator, with no disrespect meant to the lower Championship clubs.

Penalising ambition would be the end of our sport bar 8 or so clubs

No they won't. If Fax could guarantee they could spend £1.3M without going into financial difficulty I've no doubt they'd be allowed to and so they should be.
