What the piggin' 'ell am I going to do at work this weekend? One Challenge Cup semi does not a Summer make. No other rugby. Any meaningful footy still a mile away and zero chance of the Test Match reaching a fourth day. What, I mean WHAT is the point of sitting at a workplace computer all day if you can't watch/follow sport on the sly? What's a man to do? Work? Surely not! And I will not plunge as low as watching diving so has anyone any suggestions? Some interesting curling? Nope, not taking the missus to the hairdressers - too much like her idea of entertainment. Somebody must have a suggestion. HEEEEEELLP!

Now there's some useful info. Thanks for the tip, rlbet (though your username suggests that you might have a vested interest in luring folk to the site?) Weekend semi-salvaged though with the NRL I miss the paroquialism of English games.

There used to be nothing worse than settling down to what you thought was The Big Match, only to find that the first 30 mins or so had flaming Corrie on it instead. Even if you wrote on "DO NOT TAPE OVER", it made little difference.

with no first team game this week I'm going to Oldham to watch Elliott Liku play his first game for the Roughyeds. should be interesting too watch a game with no involvement. why can't the rest of you give it a go and help to raise the attendance for our friends? see you on the day!
