I know there is still a long way to go but who would have thought before the season that we'd go so many games unbeaten after playing both Salford and Wakefield?

Plus, we've just signed one of the best hookers in SL to add more quality to our squad.

This season is massive for the club both on and off the field. Let's get behind the club and spread the word about how good this team is - which should be easier considering we're on the bbc again.

Plus we're in the quarter final of the cup against wire!!!

Let's get our colleagues, friends and family down to the lsv - it's in our interests to get the place packed and there's been no better time to get people hooked on Leigh rugby.

Whatever the cup, rest of the normal season and super 8s hold - it'll be fantastic to have attendances of 5k plus and potentially record crowds for us at the lsv adding to the atmosphere.

Let's all play our part in making the club as successful as possible - now is the time to turn the corner and to take our club to the next level.

Oh yes, what a season indeed.

IMHO I can see some huge crowds at the LSV for the middle 8's, as I posted elsewhere, 10,000 + is not beyond reality.
Bare in mind the 7,500 at home v Bradford, a home game against a SL club or Bradford again could easily set new records of 9 or 10k in the 8's.

Next season I will have a season ticket for the North Stand, regardless of how many matches I can attend & regardless of Leigh playing in the SL or Championship.

It really is fantastic following this wonderful Big Club.

shame not many bothered until they started winning games

fair play to you, apart from the sh!thouse stuff that's become a bore you play some good rugby, and deserve to be where you are and could certainly shake the middle 8's up... but how many of your wonderful fans will stick around when the going gets tough?

Same with most clubs in sport. Winning team = more fans.

Unless it's Huddersfield, they win and still they don't show up. Apparently it's because Hudds it a huge football town with their 'massive' middle division side yo-Yo-ing between divisions.

my post was slightly tongue in cheek ... and yes our crowds are poor but we have the same loyal bunch whether we win or lose
